Rafiki is a dark brown male with very soft fiber.   He has not yet been shown, however his sire, Simba, has produced many award-winning cria.  His fiber is very fine (mean diameter of 17.9 microns), a trait of his sire.

Rafiki's fiber was full of tiny curls as a cria.  The very fine fiber feels like butter - and the crimp is still very tight.	Rafiki gave us the experience of the first winter birth on our farm.  We built a winter birthing stall with insulation and a small radiant heater.
